the estate hereby granted shall revert, at no cost, to and become vested
absolutely in the Grantor, its successors and assigns.

That portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 19, Township 23
North, Range 5 East, W.M. , described as follows :
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast quarter of
said Northeast quarter; thence North 01°04 '08" East along the West
line thereof, a distance of 244. 66 feet; thence South 88 55 ' 52"
East, a distance of 402 . 38 feet to a point on the westerly line of
land described in Quit Claim Deed in Exhibit "A" , rec8rded under
King County Recording No. 8208270355; thence North 30 42 ' 33" East,
a distance of 862. 13 feet to a point on the northerly margin of
South Grady Way, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence northeasterly leaving said northerly margin along a curve
having a radius of 39. 50 feet and having a radial bearing of South
63°46 ' 36" East through a central angle of 59 15 '00" , an arc
distance of 40.85 feet ; thence North 32°48 ' 32" West, a distance of
