This can be achieved only if the divided easement property is conveyed to the adjoining property owners on the west. Subject to this condition, we have no objection to your proposal. Clemens , Associate Planner RE : SCARSELLA PROPERTY EAST OF WEST VALLEY HIGHWAY I have reviewed with Dan Kellogg the problem of the former easement owned by Mr . Scarsella , which is pro- posed to be sold to two adjoining properties . It is the City Attorney ' s opinion that in this case , where the division of the former easement is solely for the purposes of sale to the adjoining property owners (The divided lots are not intended to exist on their own . ) , that this should be considered a lot line adjust- ment and not a subdivision . Unless you see any prob- lems with this , I will be happy to contact Mr .
