It is our opinion that the proposal is consistent with the City of Renton Subdivi- sion Ordinance so long as a minimum lot width of 60 feet is maintained. This can be accomplished as follows : 1) The west half of lot 6 be included in lot 5. 2) The east half of lot 6 be included in lot 7 . BLENCOE and JANET BLENCOE, husband and wife hereinafter called the "purchaser," WITNESSETH: That the seller agrees to sell to the purchaser and the purchaser agrees to purchase from the seller the following described real estate, with the appurtenances, in King County, State of Washington: Lots 5 , 6, 7 , 8 and 9, Block 1, Wefancs Addition, according to the Plat recorded in Volume 39 of Plats, Page 21, in King County, Washington, except that portion of Lot 5 lying West of a line projecting due South from a point on North line of said lot, 55 feet East from Northwest corner of said lot.
