AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR COMMUNITY CENTER MARKETING SERVICES THIS AMENDMENT,dated September 30,2019, is by and between the City of Renton (the "City"), a Washington municipal corporation, and Colehour + Cohen, DBA C+C ("Consultant"), a Washington profit corporation. The City and the Consultant are referred to collectively in this Amendment as the "Parties." Once fully executed by the Parties, this Amendment is effective as of the last date signed by both parties. Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-19-211, dated July 15, 2019,cto provide marketing services to raise awareness for the fundraising project for Family First Community Center (referred to herein as the "Agreement"); Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to add to the scope of work in order to perform additional marketing services. NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-19-211 is amended as follows: 1. Scope of Work: Section 1, Scope of Work, is amended to add work as specified in Exhibit B, which is attached and incorporated herein. 2. Compensation: Section 4, Compensation, is amended so that the maximum amount of compensation payable to Consultant is increased by $12,000 from $20,000 to $32,000, plus any applicable state and local sales taxes.The additional compensation shall be paid based upon Work actually performed according to the rate(s) or amounts specified in Exhibit B, which is attached and incorporated herein]. 3. All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if fully set forth herein. The following scope of work outlines C+C’s recommendation to the video and design work. Sizzle Video C+C will produce a :30 -:60 video sizzle video to introduce Doug at the Geekwire Summit and for further use by the city online. The sizzle video will be driven by narration from Doug that hits on the importance of a community center in his life, his passion for football, and his focus on philanthropy and building this community center. The sizzle will be mixed with images from Doug’s childhood, highlights from his time as a Seattle Seahawk, photos and video of his family foundation combine event, and illustrations of the community center. Deliverables: - One (1) :30 - :60 sizzle video - One half day filming o Associated crew - Licensing of: o NFL footage (20-seconds of footage, no sound, for one year) o Music track Design – Postcard + Letter C+C will use assets from City of Renton’s current brochure and Doug’s letter to fans to create a 4x6 postcard and letter than can be inserted into attendee bags for the Geekwire Summit. The City of Renton will manage printing. Deliverables:  One (1) 4x6 postcard that includes the brochure and Doug’s letter to fans Budget  $22,000 EXHIBIT B 2 o Video: $20,500 o Design: $1,500 Timeline:  September 26 – October 6: Production (video and design)  October 7: Finalize material (video and design)  October 8: Delivery and Print material o Video: delivery to Geekwire o Design: delivery to City of Renton
