HomeMy WebLinkAboutPham email 10/15/2019Regarding to case #: LUA19-000140 Hello, my tenant in 1000 N. 33rd St. (house directly behind the property in the case) just informed me of this issue today. So it's too late for me to try to attend the hearing. However if it's not too late, I'd like to send a letter to support of Harjinder Gill, Majestic Homes, LLC. I don't think the city trying to force Majestic Homes to create an alley behind our house would be a good idea. On contrary to the City of Renton, forcing Majestic Homes to put the garages in the back of the house and try to create the alley where it was never been there would adversely affect other property owners adjacent to his plots. Thank you, Tuyen Pham property owner (property owned: 1000 N. 33rd St., Renton, WA) home address: 222 238th Ave SE, Sammamish, WA 98074. I found a letter taped to my garage door this morning. It has to do with the house behind yours that was taken down a month or so ago. The folks that are building the new home there are being told they can't face their garage facing the street and that they have to use an alley. Which apparently the city claims there is an alley behind your house. So this from the looks of it would mean they would be taking about ~5 feet or so of your backyard for this alley. Don't know if the city has given you any notification, but I haven't seen any notifications from the city mailed here. And apparently this morning at 10 am is the last appeal at Renton City Hall for the home builders to get a garage facing the street.
