Hi Vanessa!
Aromondo Pavone suggested we reach out to you to set up a pre-review on a possible new
building construction for our Bike shop. We are entering into a purchase agreement for a piece
of property off park avenue - no address but the parcel number is 7224000865. We have a rough
architectural rendering to start with - attached. It would be 2/3 our Bicycle shop, and 1/3 living
space. Is there a good time for us to meet with you to review and discuss next steps? This is our
first time in new construction and everyone is warning us to meet with the city early and often!
