The Procedure that we are proposing is a lot line adjustment reducing the lot size of Address 2, to 7,000 Sq. Ft.
and adding this Square Footage to Address 1.
We will then proceed to subdividing the newly increased lot size into 4 Lots for the construction of single family
homes.
The new lot area for Address 1 will be: 28, 352 Sq. Ft.
