I need all the fees required to hook 1 single family home to gas, water, storm, schools, traffic, parks, etc. The new lot 2 will be 80feet wide and 117 feet long. The existing lot 1 will be 68 ft on south line 121 ft on west side 103ft on north line and 117 ft on east line. Lot 2 will be 9,360 square feet and have 10ft set back on west, 5ft setback on east, 25 ft north backyard setback, 25 ft front yard setback on the south. The existing lot currently a 3,020 sqft basement rambler that sits on the eastern portion of proposed lot 1. The existing home is served by public sewer, electricity, and water and requesting the new lot to have the same public sewer, electricity, gas, and water. There is an existing fire hydrant on the west property line of lot 1 on Garden Ct N. The proposed entry for new lot 2 will be on the south property line on N 24th St. The Existing entry point for Lot 1 is and will stay on N 24th St. 1. I am requesting all the fees to short plat the existing 19,402sqft lot into Lot 1 10,042sqft and Lot 2 into 9,360 sqft. 2.
