The owners intend to redevelop the site into a high quality multifamily townhome project
consisting of 7-8 units of approximately 2000sf each in (3) levels. The site slopes from
north to south about 10ft. The units will be orientated east to west to utilize the natural
slope of the site for drainage and capture the best views from the site.
