eontiguous are as the City of other petitioners may determine. The owners further agree,when so no6fied by the City,to
promptly circulate and execute such Petition and to compiy with alI the requirements of 3aw regarding such annexation.
If the owners,their successors or assigns fail to do so,the city reserves the right to terminate such utiliry services.
