KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the STATE OF WASHINGTON II

DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, for and in accardance with that agreement of the
parties entitled TB1- 0191, dated the 19t�' day of June, 2006, hereby conveys and quitclaims unto
the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation, in the State of Washington, all right, title, and
interest under the jurisdiction of the Department of Transportation, in and to the following
described real property situated in King County, State of Washington:
All that part of the area designated for Relinquishment to City of Renton, being
that portion lying between a lines drawn radially through Highway Engineer
Stations A 0+00 and A 4+28.33, located within the limits of SR 405, North
Renton Interchange, as delineated on sheet 2 of 3, approved April 27, 1965,
revised February 17, 2005, and SR 405, Renton to Kennydale, Plan Showing
Access, as delineated on sheet 2 of 2, approved January 19, 1954, revised
February 17, 2005, lying within Government Lots 1, 2 and 3, in Section 8,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., King County, Washington, the specific
details concerning all of which are to be found in those above named maps of
definite location now of record and on file in the office of the Secretary of
Transportation at Olympia, Washington.
It is understood and agreed that the above referenced property is transferred pursuant the

described land is the same as the land colored red in Exhibit A of TB 1-0191. A portion of the
herein described land is the same as that colored blue in Exhibit B of TB 1-0191. The herein �
described land is subject to the restrictions set forth in paragraphs 2.3 (a), 2.3 (b) and 2.3 (c) of
said Agreement, in particular, Grantee may not vaca�e uny ainer p�r�iiuu�i�iie ii�i�� ;;�i��ay i
transferred from the Grantor or use said right of way for any other purposes other than for road
or street purposes without the prior written approval of Grantor, and any revenues resulting from
any vacation, sale, or rental of this property or any portion thereof, shall be placed in Urantee's
road/street fund and used exclusively for such purposes, except that Grantee may deduct the
documented direct costs of any such authorized vacation, sale or rental.
The Grantee accepts said deed subject to all matters of record.

The Grantee as part consideration herein does hereby agree to comply with all civil rights
and anti-discrimination requirements of RCW Chapter 49.60, as to the lands herein described.
The lands herein described are not required for State highway purposes and are conveyed
pursuant to the provisions of RCW 47.12.080. I
