recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, page 63, in King County, Washington,
lying easterly of the following described line:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said tract;
Thence westerly 55 feet, more or less, to the easterly line of a
strip of land conveyed to King County by deed recorded under
