City Clerk submits petition for street vacation for a 12,100 square foot portion of right-of-way in � the vicinity of Lake Washington Blvd. N. and N. 44th St.; petitioner Alpert International, LLLP, ', 10218 Richwood Ave. NW, Seattle, 98177 (VAC-09-001). Community and Economic Development Department recommends approval to revise the current Land Use Fee Schedule to encourage annexation and adequately compensate permit processing costs.
