following described real estate, including any stormwater facilities and/or appurtenances
thereon, situated in King County, in the State of Washington:

Plats, pages 87- 95, records of King County;
TOGETHER WITH Tract 'E' of Liberty Ridge Phase 2 as recorded in Volume 207

RESERVING an easement over said Tracts S, V & E for the purpose of
maintenance of the existing landscaping only;
All situate in Section 16,Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in the City of

The reserved easement herein defined shall be limited to the maintenance of existing
landscaping. The Grantor shall not add or remove landscaping without the written
permission of the City of Renton.
