SEE EXHIBIT A, AND AS DEPICTED IN EXHIBIT B ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE
A PART HEREOF BY THIS REFERENCE.
4. PRIOR TRANSFER OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY: Pursuant to that certain
Deed of Dedication dated February 27, 2013 and recorded under King County Recording No.
20130412001687 ("2013 Deed") title to the below described real property was transferred to
the Grantee, City of Renton. The 2013 Deed contained the incorrect Grantor entity. The entity

should have been listed as McDonald's Real Estate Company, a Delaware corporation. Also, the
legal description contained in the 2013 Deed was incorrect.
NOW, THEREFORE, solely for and in consideration of correcting the name of the Grantor
and the legal description on the 2013 Deed, the above-named Grantor conveys, quitclaims,
dedicates and donates the below described real property to the Grantee.
