Range 5 East,Willamette Meridian, said Acquisition area being a portion of Assessor's Parcel
No. 1823059264,more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 18,Township 23 North,Range 5 East,W.M.;
Thence South 88°24'33" West, along the North line of said section; a distance of 178.00 feet to
the easterly Right of Way Margin of Logan Avenue North and the Northwest corner of said
parcel 1823059264;
Thence South 17°24'26"West along said easterly Right of Way margin and westerly boundary of
said parcel a distance of 467.98 feet to the Point of Beginning;
