HomeMy WebLinkAboutAPRON C 820 PARCEL Parking from Mark C .msgAlex, Current parking stall counts at the Renton Site, as a whole, can support the current workforce headcounts. When Boeing’s lease expires on Parcel 820, employees who work on Apron C will be directed to park in existing parking lots that Boeing has at the Renton Site, and use Licensed SVO (Service vehicle only) vehicles to transport themselves to work locations on Apron C as the employee’s work statement dictates. Boeing’s real estate team will reach out to Rainer Flight and work on sub-leasing a given number of parking stalls, a number based on current utilization counts, from the parking lot directly West of parcel 820. When and if a sub-lease is agreed upon Boeing employees would park their personal vehicles in sub-leased stalls when their work statement requires them to work on Apron C. Even after the lease expires on Parcel 820, Boeing will still have a small number of parking stalls available for employees and these stalls will be available on a first come first serve basis much like the majority of the parking stalls here at the Renton Site. C? Hey Mark – did you end up figuring out the exact project that required the 38 stalls Rainier Flight Services wants to use? I’m having trouble finding the LUA for some reason and thought I’d check with to you see if you remember what project those two aircraft stalls were part of. Appreciate it, thanks.
