AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT CAG-19-189
THIS AMENDMENT,dated November 5,2019,is by and between the City of Renton(the"City"),
a Washington municipal corporation, and KShift Inc. dba AssetLab Marketing ("Consultant"), a
Washington Corporation. The City and the Consultant are referred to collectively in this
Amendment as the"Parties."Once fully executed by the Parties;this Amendment is effective as
of the last date signed by both parties.
Whereas,the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-19-189,dated
June 28, 2019, to provide necessary services for website hosting (referred to herein as the
"Agreement");
Whereas,the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to change the scope_of work, change the
time for performance, and change the compensation in order to extend hosting services and
add website health and security features.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-19-189 is amended as follows:
1. Scope of Work:Section 1,Scope of Work,is amended to add work as specified in Exhibit
A-1,which is attached and incorporated herein.
2. lime of Performance: Section 3, Time of Performance, is amended pursuant to the
schedule(s) set forth in Exhibit A-1. All work shall be performed by no later than
December 31,2020.
3. Compensation: Section 4, Compensation, is amended so that the maximum amount of
compensation payable to Consultant is increased by $7,200 from $3,630 to $10,830,
plus any applicable state and local sales taxes. The additional compensation shall be
paid based upon work actually performed according to the rate(s)or amounts specified
in Exhibit A-i of the Agreement,which is attached and incorporated herein.
4. All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Amendment as of the
date last signed by the Parties below.

The purpose of this proposal is to renew website maintenance and hosting services and
align them to the calendar year in a single services agreement.

What's included
This package provides the required regular maintenance for
WordPress websites that receive moderate to high levels of visitor
traffic with increased security threat profile.
Each month the website gets:
• WordPress plugin updates
• WordPress theme updates
• Database optimization
• Deletion of spam comments
• Deletion of out-of-date post and page versions
• Google search results position monitoring
• Daily website backups
• Daily security scans (and resolution of all WordPress security
issues)
• Daily load time scans (and basic optimizations to improve
performance)
• 5-Minute Up-Time monitoring (and action to restore service)
• Broken link monitoring
Service time is included in the price as follows:

• 2 Hours of website changes, updates, or consultation per month
initiated by email or phone contact per month, does not accrue or
roll over
Services outside of the items listed in "What's included" are provided
hourly at $100/hour and billed monthly.

What Is This?
The AssetLab Marketing Managed WordPress hosting platform is built
on one of the worlds top website hosting platforms in the areas of
reliability, speed, and security.
We offer three tiers of website hosting service:
• Tier 3 - Hosting for websites that require a high security and high
speed solution
What's included
Tier 3:
• 99.5% Platform Availability or Better
• Email and phone contact options
• Hourly billing for any requested website changes
• Advanced-level security certificate (SSL / HTTPS) included
• Advanced security features to prevent DDOS attacks
• Adequate performance for most sites up to 50,000 visitors/month
Tier 3 hosting includes several advanced security and performance
features at the hosting account and Word Press levels. In addition to
the hosting cost, purchase of the Monthly WordPress Core Health
service is required to maintain security.
