AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT FOR
PARKING ATTENDANT SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT, dated November 19, 2019, is by and between the City of Renton (the
"City"), a Washington municipal corporation, and Valet Mobile, LLC d/b/a Red Carpet Valet
("Consultant"), a Washington limited liability company. The City and the Consultant are
referred to collectively in this Amendment as the "Parties." Once fully executed by the Parties,
this Amendment is effective as of the last date signed by both parties. •
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-18-281, dated
December 20, 2018, to provide necessary services for the 2019 Clam Lights-Opening Night
Event (referred to herein as the "Agreement");
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to add additional events in order to
provide parking attendant services.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-18-281 is amended as follows:
1. Scope of Work: Section 1, Scope of Work, is amended to add work as specified in Exhibit A,
which is attached and incorporated herein.
2. Time of Performance: Section 3, Time of Performance, is amended pursuant to the
schedule(s) set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached and incorporated herein. All Work shall
be performed no later than December 6, 2019.
3. Compensation: Section 4, Compensation, is amended so that the maximum amount of
compensation payable to Consultant is increased by $1,348.73 from $6,640.69 to
$7,989.42, plus any applicable state and local sales taxes.The additional compensation shall
be paid based upon Work actual performed according to the rate(s) or amounts specified in
A, which is attached and incorporated herein.
4. All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Agreement as of the date
last signed by the Parties below.

Parking Lot Attendant Agreement
WHEREAS, the City desires to provide parking attendant services for guests who attend the
following event:
City of Renton Clam Lights Opening Night Event held on December 6, 2019, at 1201 Lake
Washington Blvd N; Renton, WA 98056 from 2:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.; and WHEREAS, the City
and Consultant choose to state the terms and conditions upon which the Consultant will
provide parking services to the City's guests;
The City and Consultant agree as follows:
1. COMPENSATION. In consideration for providing valet parking services, the Consultant
shall be paid $1,348.73. Forms of payment accepted include Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, or Check.
Five (5) Parking Attendants from 2:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. @ $40.50/hr
One (1) Parking Manager from 2:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. @ $42.50/hr
2. LOCATION OF SERVICE. Parking attendants will provide service at 1201 Lake
Washington Blvd N; Renton, WA 98056 ("Parking Attendant Station").
