Narrative – Scope of Work
Installation of a proposed telecommunications facility on an existing City of
Renton Water Tank (collocating with additional current carriers). The Scope of
Work includes the installation of up to (12) panel antennas, (24) remoted radio
heads (attached to or near the antennas), (4) DC-6 Surge Suppressors, and a GPS
antenna. In addition, the Scope of Work includes an 11’ x 15’ ground space leased
area for a Walk-in equipment closet and generator, an approximate 110’ below-
ground power/Telco conduit from the lease area to the Water Tank, a fiber
pedestal and a utility pole.
