Hello,
You were one of the intended recipients of the email below. Please allow me to clarify why.
On April 28th, 2018, you wrote an email to Energize Eastside’s project manager with the City, Jill
Ding. By voicing your concerns about the project you automatically became a party of record.
Whenever there is a notable update to a project by law we contact all parties of record with
information about the change. It is the same system by which we notify parties of record about
public hearings, which is notification you specifically requested in your email. As for the blind copy,
that was an effort to allow any parties of record to keep their email addresses somewhat private and
to hopefully prevent someone from getting spammed with emails in case one of the recipients
“replied all” instead of just “replied”.
I hope that helps clear up the confusion. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
