This email confirms that the City of Bellevue has reviewed the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)
Consistency Analysis / FEIS Addendum prepared by the City of Renton. As the environmental
coordinator for the City of Bellevue, I agree with your conclusion that the FEIS Addendum prepared
by Renton provides additional information and analysis but does not change the analysis of
significant impacts and alternatives included in the Final EIS for the Energize Eastside Project. Thank
you for providing the Addendum for our review, and we will include the FEIS Addendum on the
Energize Eastside Project page that we maintain through our City website.
