Thank you for the opportunity to comment. As a Kennydale resident, we have followed this project very
closely, and have attended many many public forums on the subject. It is our distinct impression that
PSE is simply “checking the box” in terms of listening to the public. They have used every trick available
to them to bully their way towards their pre-determined outcome.
It is therefore only reasonable to assume PSE has also used every opportunity to “manage” all the data
provided to the various municipalities and other stakeholders. It is our sincere hope the Renton staff will
be very careful and discerning in reviewing everything PSE is submitting. In short, they are not being
straight forward and transparent.
Hopefully our City staff will hold them to the highest possible standards and be confident they have the
whole truth. We are not at all convinced the project they propose is good for anyone except PSE and
their owners.
