Request for Proposals
Renton Community Marketing Campaign
Deadline: February 24, 2020 at 4 pm
The City of Renton is seeking a professional consultant to help develop a refreshed strategy to
market the city.
The goal of the new plan and strategy is to promote the Renton community as a destination for
tourism, recreation, residential amenities, business opportunity and investment using the latest
technologies. The plan will build on the current plan and investments but will also be tasked
with re-imaging the messaging and tactics. The Renton Community Marketing Campaign was
established in 1997 and its members includes the City of Renton, Greater Renton Chamber of
Commerce, Renton Technical College, UW Medicine I Valley Medical Center and Renton School
District.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) is posted at: http://rentonwa.gov/rcmc/
Any addendums to the RFP will be posted throughout the response period at the same location.
Interested parties are responsible to access the information provided in responding to the RFP.
The response deadline is February 24, 2020, at 4 p.m. PDT.
Interested parties will be required to submit a proposal package as outlined in the RFP.
Delivery of the RFP submittal by the date and time stated herein is the responsibility of the
respondent.
