consideration, hereby conveys and warrants to the City of Renton, a Washington
municipal corporation, subject to all matters of record, the following described real
estate, situated in King County, in the State of Washington, to the same extent and
purposes as if the rights granted had been acquired under the laws of eminent
domain of the State of Washington, together with any after-acquired title therein, to
wit:
