TERMINATION OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT
THIS TERMINATION OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT ("Termination"), dated
202-0, is made by GREGORY M. FAWCETT and SABRA S.
FAWCETT, husband and wife; and GEORGE A. FAWCETT, as his separate estate
(collectively, "Grantor") and CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal corporation
("Grantee").
RECITALS
A. Grantor owns that certain real property located in the City of Renton,
King County, Washington, commonly known as King County Assessor's Parcel No.
3224059081 and legally described on the attached Exhibit A ("Benefited Property");
B. Grantee owns that certain real property located in the City of Renton,
King County, Washington, commonly known as King County Assessor's Parcel No.
32240593.09 and legally described on the attached Exhibit A ("Burdened Property");

C. The Benefited Property is benefited and the Burdened Property is
burdened by a Drainage Easement ("Easement") for the purpose of allowing storm
water runoff from impervious surface areas on the Benefited Property to flow over,
under, upon, and across the Burdened Property for the benefit of the Benefited
Property, which Easement was dated December 14, 2017 and recorded under King
County Recording No. 20171220001184; and
D. Grantor desires to release and terminate the Easement under the terms
and conditions of this Termination.
TERMINATION
1. Termination of Easement. By signing below, Grantor agrees that the Easement
is hereby released and terminated and is of no further force or effect.
