Admission of the thumbdrive was referenced in respect to Ex. 22 at 1:02:33 in the audio recording of the hearing posted on the City's website. At the hearing, my colleague Erin Anderson submitted a thumb drive containing the full Energize Eastside permit file as part of the record as the City’s staff report omitted certain documents (e.g., the geotechnical reports). I am not seeing this information listed on the Hearing Examiner’s exhibit list. PSE plans to submit a motion for limited correction and needs to cite to documents in that permit file. Can you confirm that this submission was included in the record and what exhibit number I should reference?
