The owner of Lot 2 shall have ownership and responsibility of maintenance of the private access and utilities easement appurtenances. These appurtenances and maintenance responsibilities include the repair and maintenance of the private access road, drainage pipes, and storm water quality and/or detention facilities within this easement, private signage, and other infrastructure not owned by the City of Renton or other utility providers. Maintenance costs shall be shared equally. Parking on the paving in the private access and utilities easement is prohibited, unless pavement width is greater than 20 feet. SHORT PLAT NOTES: 1) If the existing house on LOT 1 is destroyed, removed or demolished, all new structures placed on the lot must meet the setback requirements at the time of the new construction. 2) This property subject to an easement in favor of Snoqualmie Falls Power Company for electric transmission and/or distribution line, recording number 179271, dated August 14, 1889.
