Ed Prince APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Council Member
J. Matthew moved and J. Phelan seconded approval of the minutes of
Greg Taylor December 18, 2012. The motion carried.
Council Member
NEW BUSINESS
New Board Member Robert (Bob) Leyerle was welcomed.
G. Taylor nominated J. Phelan as Member at Large, J. Matthew made motion to
approve, R. Leyerle seconded. Motion carried.
J. Phelan made a motion to elect G. Taylor as Chair, J. Matthew seconded.
Motion carried.
R. Leyerle made motion to elect J. Matthew as Vice Chair, seconded by J.
City Staff Phelan. Motion carried.

mboggs@rentonwa.gov typically covered by the plan. After reviewing medical necessity, a motion to
( } approve was made by J. Phelan, seconded by J. Matthew. Motion carried.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Discussion about members attending LEOFF I conference in May if haven't already attended.
Meeting will be scheduled to discuss draft of Policies and Procedures for a morning date in
March.
APPROVAL OF BILLS
None.

Meeting schedule for 2013: January 22, February 19, March 26, April 23, May 28, June 25, July
23, August 27, September 24, October 22, November 26, December 17.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business of the Board, J. Phelan moved and J. Matthew seconded the
adjournment of the meeting at 8:41 a.m.
