The meeting was called to order at 8:07 by G. Taylor.

Greg Taylor J. Phelan moved and B. Leyerle seconded approval of the minutes of February
Council Member 19, 2013. The motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
None.
CORRESPONDENCE
Request from retiree 9888 for the reimbursement of hearing aids repair. A
motion to approve was made by J. Matthew, seconded by J. Phelan. Motion
carried.
City Staff Request was made from retiree 2783 for approval of medical services not
Maria Boggs typically covered by the plan. A motion to approve was made by J. Phelan,
Secretary seconded by J. Matthew, pending the receipt of additional information related
