The meeting was called to order at 8:42 by G. Taylor.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
J. Phelan moved and J. Matthew seconded approval of the minutes of March
26, 2013. The motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
None.
CORRESPONDENCE
None.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Review draft of Policies & Procedures Manual.
J. Phelan made a motion to approve providing preventive dental coverage at
100% up to $500, effective January 1, 2014, J. Matthew seconded. Motion
carried.
APPROVAL OF BILLS
None.

Meeting schedule for 2013: January 22, February 19, March 26, April 23, May 28, June 25, July
23, August 27, September 24, October 22, November 26, December 17.
