The meeting was called to order at 8:05 by J. Phelan.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
E. Prince moved and R. Anderson seconded approval of the minutes of August
28, 2012. The motion carried.

CORRESPONDENCE
G. Taylor moved to approve request from retiree 1431, seconded by E. Prince.
Motion carried.
