G. Taylor moved and J. Matthew seconded approval of the minutes of

September 25, 2012. The motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS
None.
J. Matthew moved to approve request from active 1927 for LEOFF I Disability
Leave, seconded by R. Anderson. Motion carried.
G. Taylor moved to approve request from retiree 7408 for the purchase of
hearing aids, seconded by E. Prince. Motion carried.
