Dear Parties of Record:
Please Note regarding Appeal Process:
Due to Governor Inslee's "Stay Home, Stay Healthy" order (Proclamation 20-25), the City Clerk's Office is
working remotely. For that reason, appeals must be submitted electronically to
cityclerk@rentonwa.Rov. The appeal fee, normally due at the time an appeal is submitted, will be
collected at a future date.
Appeal Right and Valuation Notices:
RMC 4-8-080(G) classifies the application(s) subject to this decision as Type III application(s) subject to
closed record appeal to the City of Renton City Council. Appeals of the hearing examiner's decision must
be filed with the Renton City Clerk within fourteen (14) calendar days from the issuance of the decision
as outlined in RMC 4-8-110C2.
Affected property owners may request a change in valuation for property tax purposes, notwithstanding
any program of revaluation.
Reconsideration:
As this application has already been subject to reconsideration review, no further reconsideration
requests are allowed. See RMC 4-8-100152.
