in volume 164 of Plats, pages 48-49, records of King County, Washington;
in section 15, T23N, R5E, W.M.
KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that we, the undersigned owners in fee
simple of the land hereby platted, declare this lot line adjustment to be
our voluntary act and deed pursuant to RCW 58.17.040.

feet to the northeast corner of the cul de sac at NE 2nd Street and the terminus
of said line; TOGETHER WITH that portion of lot 9 lying west of said line.
