We. the undersigrled. respectively request that
the City of Renton release our property from it's
jurisdiction and city limits, 3nd that the City of
Newcastle incorporate us within it's boundaries.
we request that this action be taKen by the
governing bodies of both jurisdi.::tiolls for many
ieasons, some of Which include that such
action will: 1) result in more the efficient and cost
ef(ective utilization of services.such as police.
fire and utilities, 2) re~ult irl a bound3ry that
is in keeping ~ith the configurntion of the natural
t·errain. and, 3) result in a boundary that is much
easier to designate on maps. in land use plans and
other related documents.
