COMES NOW, Respondent City of Renton, by and through its attorney of record, Kari L.
Sand of Ogden Murphy Wallace, PLLC and Appellant TracFone Wireless, Inc, by and through
their attorneys of record Scott Edwards and Grant S. Degginger of Lane Powell, PC and hereby
jointly move and stipulate that the hearing in this matter presently scheduled for September 15 at
10:00am and September 16, 2020 at 10:00am., be continued to the week of January 11, 2021. The
parties continue to anticipate a two-day hearing.
The parties jointly stipulate to a continuance of the hearing due to the limitations resulting
from the Governor’s directive as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, which has
