Pywell Planning/Building Department Re: Lin/Van Valin/Yuen Annexation Request Dear Mr. pywell: Attached and enclosed are the Master Applications and other documents requested in connection with the request for the annexation into the City of Renton of King County Assessor's Tax Parcel Nos. 334330-0740; 0741; 0742; 0842 plus adj acent public right of ways. The documents refer to this annexation request as the "Lin/VanValin/Yuen Annexation." The proposed annexation covers 5.31 acres located just northerly of what is now S.E. 76th St. near to and easterly of the intersection of said street and Lake Washington Boulevard N.E. The property to be annexed is rectangular in shape and bordered on two sides by the current Renton city limits. One of the parcels included in the area to be annexed, namely, the .5 acre parcel owned by Huson/Hoof, has a single family dwelling located on it. The remaining parcels are unimproved and are currently a jumble of brush and small alders. The property has a modest east-west slope. There are no development proposals outstanding with respect to the property to 'be annexed, but under the current comprehensive plan of the City of Renton it is zoned for single family dwelling use.
