Planning Division
The Planning Division is recommending annexation ·of three parcels of property totalling
9.6 acres land in the vicinity of SE 76th Street and Exit 7: The subject property was
originally a .part of the Renton 91 Annexation proposal reviewed earlier in the year by
the City Council. In May of 1989 the Councilapproved the Renton 91 Annexation .
while separating the subject area for further review. The Planning Division recommends
that the Council schedule a public hearing on October 16, 1989. to consider annexation
of the 9.6 acres.
