NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the per the Governor’s orders, the City of Renton is
prohibited from holding in‐person meetings at this time. Therefore, a virtual/telephonic
Public Hearing will be held by the Renton City Council on the 6th day of July, 2020 at
7:00 p.m. by means of a Zoom video‐conference web application.

425‐430‐6501 by 10 a.m. on the day of the meeting to request an invite with a link to
the meeting.
The Renton City Council will consider the following:
60% Direct Petition to Annex for the proposed Graves annexation, approximately
21.4 acres, located at the eastern portion of the City limits in the East Plateau
Community Planning Area. It is bordered by SE 128th St. (Northeast 4th St.) to
the north, 162nd Ave SE to the east, SE 130th St. to the south, and parcel lines in
proximity to 156th Ave SE to the west. The boundaries to the north and west are
coterminous with existing City limits (Petitioner: Defoor, File No. A‐19‐001)
If the Governor’s order changes, and space is required for physical attendance at the
meeting, such space will be made available at Renton City Hall, 1055 S Grady Way, WA
98057 for the public to attend.
