• FluidTEK is a division of Johnson Barrow
• We are a manufacturer's representative based in Seattle since 1963. We are a general contractor
specializing in cooling towers, water treatment, filtration and related equipment. We specialize in the
upgrade, repair, and refurbishment of evaporative cooling equipment.
Fluid-TEK recommends:
Option A: ROM for re -piping of conductivity controller & chemical feed.
• Remove existing piping from elevator room, and exterior of building. Tie into existing chemical
pump station in mechanical room, Reroute new piping through stair well and out side to
reconnect to existing points on fluid cooler. All new exterior piping will need to be heat traced
and insulated.
• Heat trace/insulation based on estimated linear footage. Electrician & insulator will need piping
completed to provide firm price.
Estimated Materials and Labor Re -pipe: $7 500 00
Estimated Materials and Labor Heat Trace: $3 700 00
Estimated Materials and Labor Insulation: 4 500.00
Total Project Cost S15.700.00
TERMS: *Exclusions: If a bigger circuit is needed for heat trace a change order will be required.
• We offer to furnish the services and/or equipment specified herein at the prices
stated and in accordance with Johnson-Barrow's/FluidTEK standard terms and
conditions. If you do not have a copy of or are not aware of these conditions please
contact this office. Payment terms are Net 30 days, O.A.C.
• A notice to the property owner will be sent should the work be granted. This is not a
lien: this notice is sent to inform the owner who is providing professional services,
materials, or equipment for the improvement of the property and to advise the
property owner of the rights of these persons and their responsibilities. Take note
that laborers on the project may claim a lien without sending you a notice.
• If you do not have an account with us, we take Visa or Mastercard.
• NOTE: This proposal may be revised by us if not accepted within 90 days.
• Work to be performed during normal business hours. M-F, 7am-5pm.
• OT adder required if any work is done outside normal business hours.
• Temporary cooling by others if required.
• Standard one-year warranty materials and labor.
