75% PETITION LETTER

I (We), the undersigned owner(s) of not less than seventy-
five percent (75%) of the total assessed valuation for
general taxation purposes of the property encompassed by the
above referenced annexation, respectfully petition the City
of Renton that the above referenced property be annexed to
the City of Renton under the provisions of RCW 35A.14.l20
through 35A.140.l50, as amended.
I (We), the undersigned, further agree to the assumption of
the pro-rata share of the pre-existing bonded indebtedness
of the City; the acceptance of the provisions of the
Comprehensive Plan and the Zoning Code as they pertain to
the area to be annexed; all as more particularly set forth

petitioners.

7596 ANN:EXATION PETITION -Please include a $300 filing fee. In addition to the annexation
filing fee, the city is required to complete an environmental impact evaluation of the proposed
annexation. The environmental review requires a fili~ fee of $60 plus $1 per $10,000 of
assessed value wi thin the annexation.
