75% ANNEXATION PETITION -Please include a $300 filing fee. In addition to the annexation
filing fee, the city is required to complete an environmental Impact evaluation of the proposed
annexation. The environmental review requires a filing fee of $60 plus $1 per $10,000 of
assessed value wi thin the annexation.

PURPOSE OF ANNEXATION -The following reasons for annexation were included in'the'
10% NOTICE OF INTENT application. If you have additions or corrections, please note
them below or attach additional sheets.
"In order to participate with other Renton City property owners in forming an
L.I.D. petition for sanitary sewer service to our property. (See attached let-
ter from City of Renton, dated 12/02/85; Utilities Committee Report, dated
09/23/85; and Pg. 2 of Renton City Council Minutes, dated 09/23/85.) We are
currently zoned "MH" (heavy manufacturing) in King County; however, we wi 11
be submitting an application to the city of Renton for rezone to "MP" (manufac-
turing park)." •

ADDITIONAL REMARKS: 1) L.I.D. No. 332 as aSSigned by the City of Renton. 2)
Our request for Rezone was submitted on March 6, 1986, to the City of Renton.
3) Our Environmental Check List #ECF-019-86 (Appl. No. R-02186) was reviewed
and a Determi nat i on of Non-Si gnifi cance was pub 1 i shed by the City of Renton
on March 31, 1986, for both our appl ications for annexation and rezoning. 4)
We sold 3.71 acres of our property to the Municipality of Metro. Seattle (Metro
Sewage Treatment Plant-Renton) on May 5, 1986. 5) Revised Environmental Check
List attached.
