RE: Code Case No: CODE20-000321, Finding of Violation
King County Parcel number 3340401630.
The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office represents King County in the appeal of
Code Case No: CODE20-000321 involving the Red Lion hotel located at 1 South Grady Way in
Renton. King County received the Finding Of Violation (FOV) issued by the City of Renton on
June 30, 2020. Pursuant to Renton Municipal Code (RMC) 1-3-2.E(1)(a) and (2)(b), this letter
serves as a written request for a hearing before the Administrator. This request is made within
the required 15-day deadline.
In addition to this written request for a hearing, King County is submitting additional
documentation in support of its appeal. King County hereby reserves all defenses as to the FOV
and requests the Administrator set a hearing date and provide further guidance as to the
procedural process before the Administrator, including any briefing schedule.
