Date: July 23, 2020
To the extent the following deadlines conflict with applicable provisions of the RMC, the parties
expressly waive the code deadlines.
Hearing date: Friday, August 14.
Party briefs, and exhibits/declarations exchanged and filed: Wednesday, August 5.
Response briefs and exhibits/declarations exchanged and filed: Wednesday, August 12.
Post-hearing briefing deadline: Post hearing briefs to be submitted only upon permission of Hearing
Examiner. If a request for post hearing briefs is granted (or requested by Hearing Examiner), parties
agree to submit such briefs by no later than Friday, August 21.
Hearing Examiner Decision: The parties request that the Hearing Examiner issue the decision by email to
the parties the later of August 28, 2020, or 10 days after authorized post hearing briefs are submitted.
