HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity's email: Extension RequestHi Cindy – I know Jason already responded, but just wanted to confirm that yes, this is a request for the Hearing Examiner to grant an extension. That applicant already received an extension
from the Administrator last year, and our code requires any additional requests to go directly to the Hearing Examiner.
Is this something I should schedule in Energov? Or do you schedule it? We’ll need to have it considered by Phil as soon as possible since the he’ll need to make a decision on the extension
prior to the plat expiration on October 23rd.
