The Committee further recommends that ordinances be prepared to amend Chapter 1, Garbage; Chapter 2, Storm and Surface Water; Chapter 4 Water; and Chapter 5, Sewer of Title VIII (Health and Sanitation) of City Code and be presented for first reading.
