The Contractor will start on the south side of S. 180th Street in Kent and continue to the north side of South 180th Street of Renton along the west side of East Valley Highway. The installation of the CIPP will require the Contractorto place his equipment over the top of the sanitary sewer manhole within the existing curb line.
