This email is notification that my Limited Notice of Appearance dated Aug 13, 2019, is withdrawn concurrent with Jeff Colee's HUD complaint being received by the City of Renton as indicated
by Alex Tuttle in his email of July 27, 2020 below . This withdrawal is based on an agreement between Jeff and me and should not impact the continued litigation of Jeff's HUD complaint.

Can you confirm whether the City of Renton has received the HUD complaint as yet? Perhaps with Covid-19 impacts on normal office operations, the complaint has not reached Renton as
yet.
