BUSINESS
Committee of the Whole Chair Corman presented a report
concurring in the staff recommendation to authorize the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute the following three
agreements (when final) with The Boeing Company related
to easement rights necessary for the Park Avenue North
Extension Project:
1. Permanent Easement Agreement in the amount of
$640,000.
2. Temporary Construction Easement Agreement in
the amount of $188,546.95.
3. The Boeing Company Compensation Agreement
for Park Avenue North Extension in the estimated amount
of $1,355,481.
